- We will ship from our end, Agribuzz Shipping.
- Shipping charges depend on the total order value.
- We will ship the products in the Morning slot, which starts from 8 AM to 12 PM every day.
- In the Evening slot, we will deliver only the bulk orders. You will get the delivery details within 24 hours after receiving the order(s). No Holiday, and No Sunday. You will get the order for 7 days a week.
- The shipping might be impacted due to natural disasters.
- For the bulk orders, the products would be delivered within 7-8 days.
- We will send the tracking link to your registered email ID and mobile number 2-3 hours after taking orders. You can see the Delivery Boys’ name and Contact number once you click on the link.
- You can track your order using the order confirmation link that you received in your registered email. Kindly use the correct email to get updated order-related information, including shipping. See this video.

Standard Shipping (Order upto ₹1999/-) : ₹50/-
Shipping (Order from ₹2000/- to ₹4999/-): 100/-
Bulk Shipping (Order above 5,000/- to 49,999/-): 250/-
Order above ₹50,000/- or Event Contract: Free Shipping
Key points :
- Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations and shall depend on the road connectivity.
- Orders will be dispatched within 24 working hours; this is the minimum time taken to prepare the order.
- The Company cannot be held liable if, in any case, there is any delay in dispatching the order due to an unforeseen circumstance.
- Delivery time may vary based on the type of products that are purchased.
- Delivery of all orders will be made to the address you mentioned at the time of placing the order.
- Products will ship every day except Sundays, public holidays, or during non-working hours.
- Users are requested to enter the correct billing address, as it appears on Govt. approved documents or your bank or credit card statement.
- The client must give only one correct mobile number, so all the delivery-related SMS will be timely, and the delivery boys will contact you successfully at the time of final delivery.
- If the address proof does not match the given billing address that you provided at the time of placing an order, you will not get this order finally, as the delivery boys check the address proof if any complaint arises.
- If any disputes are raised at the time of delivery, we will be here to help you. The order(s) may also be verified further by our customer experience team.
- Make sure also to enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, landmark, City, State, and Pin code) as we are not liable for the package(s) that were delivered to the wrong address.
